The owners of Dynamic Duo should follow the following information to make the plant safer.

• They should develop a workplace that must be free from serous hazards.
• They should comply with OSHA standards, rules and regulations to make the workplace safer.
• And examination must be conducted to evaluate the condition of plant to make sure its according to the OSHA standards.
• Employers must provide safety tools and equipment to employees while working at plant.
• Employees must be trained to use color codes, posters, labels or signs to warn employees of potential hazards.
• Address safer work procedure to all employees and ensure they are following the same.
• Employers must provide an examination of medical whenever required by OSHA.
• Employers must keep records of work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Post OSHA citations at or near the work area involved. Each citation must remain posted until the violation has been corrected, or for three working days, whichever is longer.
•  Post abatement verification documents or tags at or near the work area involved.
• Correct cited violations by the deadline so that the work place could be turned into normal situation.
