What advice would you give the owners concerning the company's obligations under OSHA to record accidents?

I would advise the owners of this company to record every accident that has occurred within this organization due to the fact that it is a requirement under OSHA guidelines to properly record any accident or injury that occurs on the premises of an organization. In addition, failure to record and properly report these accidents can lead to severe sanctions for the organization, which include civil liability suits filed by the staff members that have been injured in accidents. The sanctions that an organization can suffer due to the reluctance to properly record and report accidents, can also lead to the suspension of that organization's business license, etc.
